The service was incredibly friendly. I asked for 4 chocolate munchins and they gave me double. My husband ordered 2 blueberry donuts and a hot tea. I also got a small scoop of Love Potion 31 since it is still out for February.

I visited Chicago with friends last weekend. At about 2am, when we were bored and wanted dessert. Sugar factory who is supposed to close at 2am, was closed at 1:40am... BUT this Dunkin' Donuts was waiting for us with open arms. The guy remembered me from the night before. We had incredible conversation with the 2 workers for an hour, good ice cream, and a good time. Whoever said these guys were ghetto or spoke rudely are obviously unhappy with their own lives. Keep doing what you do! -- Detroit Crew

All flavors were stocked and the fridge had ice cream tubs and ice cream cakes ready to be purchased. The store was clean and spotless. Not only is the staff kind but very efficient. I was served quickly but did not feel hurried. Lots of ice cream to choose from.

Used this place 4 days in a row staying at the hotel st clair. Was ideal, staff friendly, morning meal deal good value for money. quick service. Ice cream looked great, wish id bought one now!

Was skeptical about coming here because of the reviews and glad I took it with a grain of salt. Went around 2a and the tall slim guy treated us with southern hospitality.
